NetherRealm chief Ed Boon is infamous for being a bit of a troll himself, and his tweets are a tiresome exercise in deciphering misdirection. Fans who are ready to move on are already anticipating the next game, which rumor has it may have something to do with Marvel properties. The game has received its expected two years of support, and NetherRealm Studios has officially announced that it is moving on to its next project. After a strong two years of tournaments and updates, the blood-stained curtain has finally closed on Mortal Kombat 11. Mortal Kombat has a lot of interesting (and strange) characters, but there are plenty of cool, underused fighters that deserve a return in MK12.
